Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting & shopping with Two Mom's Candle & Co.
Orders are processed within 3- 7 BUSINESS days beginning the day after your order was placed then fulfilled to be shipped by the 8th BUSINESS day. Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays. Please be advised that Covid-19 can cause possible delivery delays.


Standard and Express shipping is the only shipping methods available &. Please see shipping rates for domestic and international shipping.


Returned Packages 
If your order was shipped & returned to me for any reason, you will be responsible for the $10 reship fee which will be invoiced before your order is reshipped.


 
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email  that contains your tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. Please check your spam folder if you do not see any emails from Two Mom's Candle & Co.
  
Lost Packages Two Mom's Candle & Co is not responsible for any packages lost during shipping. If your tracking number shows that your order was shipped/out for delivery but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office for further assistance.
