Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
(Photo of defective, damaged or wrong processed item must be provided with your order number. No exceptions!)
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For exceptions please check out our Damages and issues policy, if you experienced breakages during processing or shipping.
Items lost during transit is the customer's responsibility. Please contact your local Post Office for further assistance.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted. We will provide you with store credit to order a brand new item. Items must be return in original packaging ( unused )
(This only applies to customers that received the wrong item through shipping or processing error) There are no exceptions if the customer ordered the wrong item.
Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds , all sales are final.
